Welcome to Grimsby Rugby Union Football Club’s Home Page. The club was founded in 1885 and its clubhouse, bar and grounds are located at Springfield Road, Scartho Village in Grimsby, North East Lincs.

We have two regular senior playing sides and junior sides across the age-range, including girls’ teams. Information about the various junior teams, can be found on this website.

Our first XV play in the RFU Midlands 3 (East) North league. The second team plays in the Lincs Merit League. Senior training is every Tuesday and Thursday night from 7 to 9pm and everyone is welcome, whatever their skill level or playing position.

Annual Subscriptions are ONLY £40 for social members and £100 for senior players, which includes a pair of club socks andall match fees, and can be paid by direct debit at 10 x £10/month, or £40plus match fees of £5 per game. Students and unwaged players will receive a 50% discount on the above and life membership is now available at a cost of £400.

Our committee members will be pleased to see newcomers at any time, and a list of committee members is available on this website and in the clubhouse, along with contact details.

If you just want to come and play, watch, or volunteer to help with the running of the club, you will be most welcome. There is a home fixture most Saturdays during the season, which runs from September to May.
